“HIYA-YAKKO” is a Tofu side dish with fresh spices and herb-like condiments such as “MYOHGA”Japanese ginger and “KONEGI” small green onion with soy sauce.

1 Prepare TOFU (1 choh → choh means the counting unit of TOFU. Japanese pronounce it ” I (stop your breath lol) CHOH), small green onion, MYOGA, grated ginger, WASABI spicy radish, OHBA (大葉)leaves, soy sauce, and SUDACHI Japanese cytrus (lime’s or lemon’s OK as well).
2 Cut the condiments into pieces as you like.
3 Put the TOFU on a plate or a bowl and decorate it with “2.”
4 Pour a fex drops of soy sauce and SUDACHi.
