⚫️Japanese delicacy in the hot summer Vol. 9 “YAKMI”

“YAKMI” means “condiments” in Japanese used quite various dishes such as ZALU-SOBA and UDON.

Although we can enjoy it in every seasnn, several ingredients are fresher in summer and enhance the flavors of the dishes.

⚫️How to makd “YAKMI”

1 Prepare OHBA, MYOHGA, KONEGI, ginger, and MITSUBA. YUZU, WASABI, DAIKON white radish, and SUDACHI cytrus can be used if you like.

2 Mince 1 except ginger. It may be better to grate it because of flavor and digestion.

3 Arrange 2 on a small KOBACHI bowl and put it to main dishes such as ZALU-SOBA, HIYAYAKKO, cold UDON noodle, and TEMPULA.
