ChILASHI ZUSHI”is a variation of SUSHI menus which literally means “scattering SUSHI” with colorful ingredients such as RENKON lotus root, KOHYA DOFU, and KINSHI TAMAGO.

⚫️How to make CHILASHI ZUSHI”

1 Prepare SUSHI rice called “SUMESHI,” boiled RENKON, INGEN beans. KOYA DnMFU, ABRA AGE, and KINSHITAMAGO.

2 Stir 2 with SUSHI ZU vinegar and sugar. KAKUSHI AJI of secret recipe is DASHIboilion.

3 If you want to make SUSHI rice by yourself, cook rice first, spread it in a SUSHI-OKE adding a cup of vinegar, a teaspoon of sugar, and a pinch of salt, and then “fan!” it by a UCHIWA fan maker (lol) to let each piece of rice shine stirring the SUMESHI. If you are right-hander, use your right hand to fan and lefthand for stirring by a “SHAMOJI” if available or a large spoon.
