⚫️Japanese delicacy in the autmn Vol.2 “IMONOKO-JILU

“IMONOKO-JILU” is actvally originated from the northern part of Japan, TOHOKU.

Aroumd Yamagata prefecture, TOHOKU people enjoy the outdoor IMONOKO-JILU like enjoying BBQ at rivers and mountains.

The simple but tasty and nutricious hot NABE (pot) menu gains popularity from children to the elderly with SHUN (best to crop and eat) vegetables such as GOBO and SHITAKE mashroom.

⚫️How to make

1 Prepare 2-3 SHITAKE mashrooms, carrot, pork, NAGANEGI, DAIKON white radish, GOBO, SATOIMO, MISO, and KONNYKU yam.

2 Cut 1 into a dice size or peel.

3 Boil a pan of water and put 2 into it.

4 Turn off 3and desolve MISO.
