⚫️Japanese delicacy in the autmn Vol.4 “NABE”(鍋)
Although “NABE” literally means “pan,” the word inspires Japanese people significant warm feelings of serene, peaceful, and even nostalgia.
NABE menus divers and has been loved by Japanese or, I should say. Japanese families taking the ingredients in a NABE together with their chopsticks.
Recent trend is “SHIME-NO- RAMEN/GOHAN (cooked rice) finishing the NABE cuisine by adding RAMENor rice in the boillion-like NABE soup. Woooo soooo delicious!^ ^
⚫️How to make NABE menus (Basical one)
3 Leave 2 for a while and then add other vegetables.
1 Prepare a NABE (pan) on a table (Japanese ENTAKU is better if available) and boil water in the NABE using portable stove.
2 Put chicken first to make DASHI boillion into the NABE. If you like, KONBU kelp, fish, or, SHIITAKE mashrooms can be also used.
4 Miso, soy sauce, or cooking SAKE can also enhance the taste if you like.
5 Ingredients are like SHITAKE mashroom, NEGI onion, HaKUSAI. chiken, and SHIRATAKI taro.
