⚫️Japanese delicacy in the autmn Vol.3 “TSUKIMI-SOBA/UDON” noodle

Oct. 6 was beautiful full moon called “CHUH-SHUH-NO-MEIGETSU”(中秋の名月)although the weather was crowd (lol) on that day this year.

Historically Japanese would enjoy the beauty as Chinese people would do appreciating the beauty of the perfect round shape and the prizm-like light eating DANGO sweets. This appriciation art is called “TSUKIMI,” literally meaning “Watching the moon.”

Today I introduce “TSUKIMI-SOBA/UDON” noodle

⚫️How to make “TSUKIMI-SOBA/UDON” noodle

1 Prepare eggs. SOBA or UDON, KOMATSUNA (or HOHLENSOH spinatch) and ABURA AGE.

2 Make SOBA/UDON noodle (Reeer to my past articles).

3 Brake an egg on the noodle beautifully (lol) as if it were a full moon.

4 Decorate 3 with KOMATSUNA (or HOHLENSOH spinatch).
