“NANO HANA” is a small grass-like vegetable cropped in the early spring (even winter) in Japan.

As the green vegetable begins to appeaqp in the Japanese markets, it tells us “Japanese spring has come!”

“OHITASHI” means “boiled (and squeezed) vegetable”

⚫️How to make

1 Boil NANOHANA with a tea spoon of salt for seconds. Short time of boiling preserves the nutritions and bitter taste of it. Sea salt helps inhance the fresh and vivid green color of NANOHANA.

2 Squeeze 1 gently as if it were a tiny bird or egg (lol). Avoid ruining the nutritious vaku and even the small flower-like shape of NANOHANA.

3 Cool 2 for a moment or in a refrigerator.

4 Add a pinch of sea salt, SUDACHI Japanese cytrus, soy sauce, or YUZU orange.
