今日の記事では、母校の青学から単位をもって米国オレゴン大学へ編入学して卒業し、15年以上に渡って「サステナビリティ・ESG・気候変動」などに特化した専門翻訳会社を経営しながら再び青学（大学院）へ戻ってMBA（修士号）を取得した私・小山ケイが、昨晩の宮城・福島県沖地震について書いていきます。

昨晩、横になっていたらカタカタと家全体がきしみだしました。
すぐに「これは地震だ」と分かり、注意していると横揺れがどんどん大きくなっていくような気がします。
11年前のことがよみがえりました。
震源地は宮城県と福島県沖とのこと。
亡くなられた方や大きな被害に遭われた方がいることを知ったのは翌朝の今日です。
●For international citizens in Japan or living overseas
1) Always prepare for evacuation living in Japan because of earthquakes..
2) Bottles of water, dried breads called “Kan-pan (literally means “dried bread”),” dried fruits are helpful during evacuation; many organizations and communities, including official administrations, have equipped such food for emergency. I stayed my alma-mater Aoyama-gakuin one night when I experienced the devastating earthquake in 2011 in Tokyo. Aoyama-gakuin, established by American Methodist Christians more than 100 years ago, had prepared for such situations and gave me food and a sheet of disposable blanket at that night without charge, of course.
3) If possible, frequently communicate with neighbors, especially Japanese people or people living in Japan for many years around you called “Go-Kinjyo （ご近所）.” Go-Kinjyo means people living very near you. “Go” is honorific title (right? lol) and “Kinjyo” means “neighbors” in Japanese. This helps you such emergency situations as evacuations during gigantic earthquakes.

ロシア軍はウクライナ東部にある音楽堂を攻撃したとのこと。
子供や女性を含めた100名ほどの市民がシェルターのようにして避難していたそうです。
市民への攻撃がますます拡大している。
