Believe or not. Japan’s still HOT like midsummer (*´Д`*) even if it’s mid Sept….
YAKI-TORI literally means “baked chiken” and one of popular menu in Japan.
⚫️How to make “YAKI-TORI”
1 Prepare chiken. Thigh, keel, wings. etc., any part’s O.K.^ ^
2 Cut 1 into small sizes like dices and penetrate them with special skewers.
3 Bake 2 in mild fire or an oven.
4 Soak or dip in special saube such as SHIO-DALE, soy sauce, lemon,TELIYAKI, SHISO. YUZU-KOSHO, and SHIO-KOZI.
5 Arrange 2 on a plate. Enjoy it with beer (lol).
