EDAMAME nowadays is popular and won renown among Japanese-food lovers all over the world.

The light green small beans have refreshing taste like other beans such as red kidney beans and green peas, and can be easily cooked with boild water and salt.

⚫️How to make EDAMAME

1 prepare apan ofboilingwater.

2 Put raw. fresh EDAMAME into 2.

3 Leav2 about 1 to 2 minutes.

4 Take EDAMAME from 3 and spread on a bamboo sheet or a clean pat.

5 Serve 4 on a bowl. If possible, cut out each branch of EDAMAME so it is easier to eat. “EDA” literally means the branch (MAME means “beans).

6 Spread a pinch of salt or prepare a pitcher of salt beside of EDAMAME.
