“KYUHLI-NO-SHIOMOMI” is quite simple side dish. You can take it with SUSHI as well.

“KYUHLI” means “cucamber” in Japanese and “KYULI-NO-SHIOMOMI” is to rub cucambers with salt. The fsesh summer taste of the KYULI gives us the simple but profound flavor.

⚫️How to make it.

1 slice KYUHLI as thin as possible.

2 Prepare a teaspoon of salt in a cooking bowl and put 1 into it.

3 Rub 2 by your fingers.

4 Leave 3 for 10 minutes.

5 Squeeze the KYUHLI and dewater compketely.

6 ARRange 5 into KOBACHI or small bowls. SUDACHI or YUZU can be options if available.
