” TONTON” means “Knock knock” or “tapping” in English.
On the other hand, “TONTON” has another meaning of “Even” or “Ballanced.”

★When you stop by your colleague’s office. say “TONTON” knocking the door.
★When you feel pain and stiffndss on your sholder, say “TONTON” patting it.
