“SU-NO-MONO” quite gives you fresh energy in this crazy (lol) hot summer in Japan.

“SU” means vineger and eases your hot body and improve your digestion probablly because of citric acid.

“SU-NO-MONO” varies from seaweeds to Okura.

⚫️How to make “SU-NO-MONO” -WAKAME seaweed version by Kay Koyama.

1 Rewater dried WAKAME (Raw fsesh WAKAME” O.K. as well)

2 Make e “SU-NO-MONO” sauce: soy sauce, DASHI bouillon, YUZU cytrus. MILIN rice cyrup. and “SU” (O-SU).

3 Toss 1 and and plate into a small bowl. Japanesd “KOBACHI” bowl isbest!

4 If you like, put SUDACHI cytrus of its fresh tast^ ^
